About Casa at Rancho Las Palmas
Located at 11 Torremolinos, on the South Course #3 Tees
Our home features two bedrooms, two baths, on a single level. Recreation amenities include: use of the Rancho Las Palmas Resort & Country Club with 27 hole golf course, 25 tennis courts all within the secure gated Rancho Las Palmas community. Five minutes from The River complex, El Paseo shopping, simply a perfect central Coachella Valley location.
Amenities
The private courtyard in front and the rear patio, adjacent to the third tee of the “South Course” are great spots for quiet, relaxing sunsets and mountain views. Over 1,200 sq ft, an open floor plan with everything you need. Other features incllude one of the 23 heated pools and spas only 90’ away, a Weber gas barbecue, garage, fully equipped kitchen and formal dining area. In addition, amenities include; washer/dryer, 3 HDTVs, 2 bicycles, linens and beach towels.
Rates & Policies
Our home is available with a minimum 28 day stay at $4,200 (November - April) & at $3,200 per 28 day stay May-October. Additional days if available @ the daily rate exa. ($4,200/28=$150). The cleaning fee is an additional $150.00. 50% of the full rent and a $1,000 damage deposit is due upon reservation and with full balance due 60 days in advance of check-in. We will refund 50% if cancelled less than 60 days ahead of check in. Check, Visa or Master Cards accepted.
